Modern Bathroom Supplied and Fitted £4,800

This is a bathroom that we supplied and fitted The price of the bathroom was £4,800. This is the price as advertised on our website, brochure and in the showroom. Outside of this is the electrical work which includes 3 LED ceilings lights costing £150 and an Icon designer extractor fan costing £200.

In total the bathroom £4,800. The electrical work £350 making a total price of £5,150

The drawing below shows the original design and floor plan before the work was carried out. Note that this is a small bathroom measuring 168cm long and 165cm wide.

The clients have requested that the bathroom has a P shaped shower bath. To achieve this a space saving P shaped shower bath is needed measuring 70cm at the narrow end and 80cm at the shower end. The drawing below shows the new bathroom design.

Walk in Shower Bathroom Supplied and Fitted £5,500

We converted this bathroom to a walk in shower. The cost of the bathroom renovation including the products , tiles, plumbing and fitting was £5,500. The electrical work cost £390 making a total of £5,890. The bathroom cost was increased from our standard price of £4,800 for a walk in shower as the room is much larger than a standard bathroom measuring width 241cm length 237cm.

The drawing below is of the bathroom and it shows the original design and floor plan. The bathroom is an L shaped room with the bath to the let of the door, the basin under the window and the toilet in the l shaped area.

The drawing below shows the design we created. The shower tray is 80cm 10cm wider than a bath, but 150cm long 20cm shorter. The reason for this is to allow a space for vanity storage and access to this area. The toilet and pedestal basin remain in the original position.
