Will I pay the promotional price listed on the website?
The answer is yes. If your bathroom is no larger than 18sqm and not adding any extra parts like a shower or towel radiator or moving any items like the bath, toilet or sink to a different position in the bathroom. Then you will only pay the promotional price. Most family bathrooms are within the 18sqm size and qualify for the promotional price.
Will VAT be added to the bill?
Where vat is applicable your quote will be inclusive of VAT.
Will you fit a bathroom that we buy from another store?
No we only fit products that we supply.
How long will it take to refit my bathroom?
In 95% of all cases it takes just 8 working days from start to finish to fit a bathroom. We will only being the work when we know we have the correct man power for the following 8 days to ensure that your bathroom is handed back for your use in that time frame.
How long will I be without a toilet?
Before we leave the house each day we will ensure that the toilet is operational. The toilet will be out of service for maybe 6 – 8 hours each working day. The bathroom sink, shower and bath will be out of service until the bathroom is complete. Remember most bathrooms can be completed in 5 working days.
What is the next step?
After you contact us, we will then call you to arrange a convenient time to visit your home. We will the measure your bathroom, get an understanding of your requirement, show you samples of different products and finally confirm the price.
What should I do if I have a problem?
In the first instance speak to the fitter on site, however if they are not able to resolve your problem contact us either by email or phone, one of the owners will then directly respond to you and help to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
