New Fitted Bathroom Supplied and Fitted Larkspur Rugby £5,550
This is a bathroom in a 20 year old new build style house on Larkspur in Rugby. The total cost of the bathroom renovation supplied and fittef was £5,550. The clients requested that we help design the bathroom adding some storage. The drawing below is the original bathroom design. The bathroom is 206cm long and 205cm wide.
The original design has the bath fitted between two boxed areas as shown in the diagram above. We suggested bringing the boxed area at the window wider to remove the boxed area at the foot of the bath. The benefit of this small is change is creating a more water tight space as the bath now sits between three walls with no shelf area to hold water. The basin has been changed to a vanity basin with a clever mirror cabinet fitted above the basin. The drawing below shows the bathroom design we created.

- 50cm wide vanity basin with 2 doors
- 45cm stainless steel two door mirror cabinet
- Modern Basin and bath filler taps
- Thermostatic wall mounted shower running from the shower pump
- 50cm by 160cm chrome radiator towel warmer style
The walls and floor were tiled with a feature split faced tile above the bath, with the remaining walls and floor tiled with a corresponding tile.
