Thoroughly Professional and Very Friendly
From the first time Richard came to look at our old bathroom we felt that we were in safe hands, and we’re very glad they could fit us in. Richard made the planning process quick and painless, and didn’t try to get us to go with more expensive options that we didn’t really want or need.
Throughout the fitting process, Sean was thoroughly professional and very friendly, and we really appreciated the way he kept us informed of progress and different options as he went. You never know what to expect when you strip a bathroom out, and underneath the old tiles the walls and floor were in a bit of a state. However, Sean dealt with it all brilliantly and the result is a lovely new bathroom that looks much better (and much bigger) and is a real pleasure to use.
The electricians and the carpenter were also great, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Coventry Bathrooms to friends and family.
