Walk in Shower Bathroom Supplied and Fitted £5,500

We converted this bathroom to a walk in shower. The cost of the bathroom renovation including the products , tiles, plumbing and fitting was £5,500. The electrical work cost £390 making a total of £5,890. The bathroom cost was increased from our standard price of £4,800 for a walk in shower as the room is much larger than a standard bathroom measuring width 241cm length 237cm.

The drawing below is of the bathroom and it shows the original design and floor plan. The bathroom is an L shaped room with the bath to the let of the door, the basin under the window and the toilet in the l shaped area.

The drawing below shows the design we created. The shower tray is 80cm 10cm wider than a bath, but 150cm long 20cm shorter. The reason for this is to allow a space for vanity storage and access to this area. The toilet and pedestal basin remain in the original position.
